The Bed Configuration Change service alters the sleeping arrangements in a room which has already been prepared. This is an exceptional situation - either when a customer changes their requirements or an intervening booking is taken. If you use Location Booking this situation will be detected automatically by the system - as you change or enter a new booking - causing the service to be inserted for you. More

Short re-visit simply to change the bed set up
When location vacant and already cleaned..
Or next guest changes mind
Bed Configuration normally done by preceeding Changeover Clean

Using Location Booking?

Bed Cofiguration Changes are created for you
Enter a Location Booking instead
Cleaning shifts resourced from bookings

Overflow/ Manual Booking

Enter location, date and bed configuration
Subject to capacity as per any other one-off clean.
